Wishlist & Compare

Three tools that turn "looked and left" into a return visit: favorites,
product comparison and watch-this-product email alerts.

Buttons on product pages

The plugin adds To favorites and Compare buttons next to the
"Add to cart" button — in any theme, no template edits. If the active theme
already draws its own favorites button, the plugin detects it and only adds
what's missing. Favorites share the same storage as the customer account
page (/account/favorites).

Comparison

Up to 4 products; a floating Compare (N) bar leads to /compare — a
table with photos, prices, stock and every shop attribute the products
have. Works for guests, no sign-in needed.

Price & stock alerts

The Watch price button asks for an email:

• product in stock → the shopper is emailed when the price drops below what

they saw;

• product out of stock → they are emailed when it's back.

Each alert fires once and contains an unsubscribe link. Add the cron line
from the admin page (hourly is fine) — it checks subscriptions against
current prices and stock in batches.

Dashboard with waiting/sent counters, the full subscription list, on/off
switches for buttons and alerts, alert email language (en/ru/uk).
